Description
14-16 High Street in Tremadog is a pair of similar, single-fronted houses that are two stories tall with a basement. They are built from large squared blocks of quarried stone arranged in regular courses, topped with a slate roof and featuring stone end stacks. The entrances are centrally located and raised above street level, accessed by shared slate steps with iron handrails. Each house has a replacement glazed door. House number 16 on the left has 2-pane sash windows and a 2-light replacement basement window that includes a steel-framed top-hung casement. House number 14 has replacement windows fitted in the original openings. The right gable end of the building is pebble-dashed. These houses are part of a group at 14-16 High Street, Tremadog.
