Description

Tan-y-Fron is a building constructed of dressed stone, featuring a recently renewed slate roof with overhanging eaves. It has a large stack on the left side, which has a simply moulded capping and weather coursing. There is a single modern skylight on the right side.

The building has a front with four windows, arranged as three units. The three units consist of two bays each, with the central unit having two windows and the flanking units having one window each. The outer units have entrances at the extreme ends. The doors are recessed and contemporary, featuring six flush panels, with the right door having a boarded lower section. The two right-hand units have rectangular fanlights with lozenge glazing. The ground and first floors have contemporary, slightly recessed 16-pane sash windows with flat arches and projecting slate sills, while the second floor has similar 9-pane windows.

In front of Tan-y-Fron, on the right side, there is a single-storey modern garage.
