Description

Walter Lloyd Jones & Co., Estate Agents, and Walter Lloyd Jones, Salesroom is a building constructed of coursed, rough-dressed stone, topped with a shallow-pitched slate roof that is hipped to the left. It features two large stacks with plain capping and weather coursing. The upper floors are adorned with four recessed sash windows, which have 16 panes on the first floor and 12 panes on the second, each with projecting slate cills.

The building has two plain glazed mid-Victorian shop fronts. The shop front on the left includes a canted entrance with stepped access, featuring a three-quarter glazed door and a large two-pane fanlight above, all of which are contemporary. The right side, which serves as the saleroom, has a double shop window with a central entrance and part-glazed folding doors.

In front of the entire facade, there is a contemporary covered arcade supported by five cast iron columns, which have moulded bases and open tracery brackets. The arcade features a glazed roof that is hipped at both ends.
