Description
Oriel Pendeitsh consists of four former two-storey cottages that face the castle and two taller three-storey former houses on the right side that face Castle Street. The cottages have painted and scribed roughcast walls with replaced slate roofs. The openings feature cambered heads. Three boarded doors are accessed by steps, while a fourth doorway on the left leads to a through passage. The right-hand doorway retains an overlight. The doorways to the right and left of the centre form a reflected pair, with windows grouped between the entrances. Further to the left, the windows are positioned to the right of each doorway. All windows have eared architraves and consist of replaced 12-pane horned sashes in the lower storey and replaced 6-pane sashes in the upper storey. To the right, there is an inserted wide doorway beneath a canted and hipped oriel window that incorporates small-pane sashes.
The houses facing Castle Street are a reflected pair of single-fronted houses with roughcast walls and slate roofs. The windows are 12-pane horned sashes in the lower and middle storeys, and 6-pane horned sashes in the upper storey, all renewed in original segmental-headed openings. The doorways are paired in the centre and feature panelled doors with overlights. The left-hand angle is rounded, and the left gable end facing the castle has 12-pane horned sashes that are offset to the left.
The interior has been altered.
