Description

Nos 1 and 2 Minafon are a pair of cottages built end to end along the south side of the road. They are constructed from irregular boulder stonework and feature a slate roof with a central shared chimney stack that has weather offsets. Each cottage consists of one bay and has a 16-pane sash window beneath a slate lintel on each floor, facing the road. The original entrance is located in the otherwise blank gable end.

No 1, situated at the eastern end, has a framed and boarded door and enlarged 20th-century windows in the gable end. There are large single-storey extensions around the southeast corner.
