Description
The garden house at Min y Twr is a single-storey structure built from local rubble masonry, featuring roughly coursed stone and large stones as quoins. It has a flat roof made of large slate sheets, set behind a shallow parapet that is slightly offset above coved pseudo machicolations. The building has an irregular plan, with the entrance located in a rectangular block to the northeast, a single window to the left, and another window in an advanced rectangular bay to the right. At the southwest end, the building curves to create a circular viewing room with windows that overlook the Menai Straits.
The doorway is round-headed, and the windows are narrow pointed lights with slate sills. The walls are rendered with ashlar scoring, though they are now in a somewhat ruinous state. Inside, there is a tiled floor with a single step leading up to the circular viewing room. A small rectangular hearth is located within a fireplace at the northeast end, flanked by tiled alcoves.
