Description
This is a two-storey stable-cartshed block with servant's quarters above, located in Dronwy. It features an added catslide lean-to on the west side and a smaller lean-to on the east side at the south end. The walls are made of rubble with timber lintels, and the roof is slate with two rooflights on the west pitch and tile gable copings. An external stone staircase leads to the servant's loft at the north gable end, which has a rubble parapet.
The west elevation, which faces the house, has a wide cart door on the left with an agricultural-pattern window above it, consisting of three small square panes in the upper light and two larger panes below. There is a boarded door leading to the lean-to addition, and the loft door is also boarded. The east elevation features a wide central door, likely enlarged or inserted, with a similar agricultural-pattern window to the right and one above. To the left is a lean-to henhouse with a louvred ventilator and an asbestos roof. The south gable has modern windows at the centre of both the ground and first floors, with stone lintels.
The interior was not inspected during the survey.
