Description

Ty'n Llan is a single-storey, two-window vernacular cottage that includes a former cowhouse to the right, which now has three windows. The building is constructed of rubble masonry on boulder foundations, with rendered elevations. It features a modern slate roof and rendered gable stacks that have dripstones and cappings.

On the east front, there are two windows with a doorway between them, with the openings slightly offset to the right. The rear has two windows, and the wing to the right has a two-window rear elevation. The windows are slightly recessed and consist of modern four-pane centrally fixed lights.
