Description
The Cornbarn Range at Tyn-y-Maen is an agricultural building that includes a corn barn, cartshed, stable, and cowhouse. It features uncoursed rubble walls and an old slate roof that is heavily grouted, complete with gable copings. The structure has heavy timber lintels. The corn barn is located on the left and has a central narrow door flanked by tall ventilation slits. To the right, there is a wide door for the cartshed and a narrow door for the stable at the right end. The cowhouse, which has been added to the right gable, has a lower ridge line and features a door on the left side and a blocked door on the right gable. At the rear, there is a lean-to with a catslide roof and a door at the left end. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
