Description

This is a single-storey cottage constructed from rubble masonry and finished with limewash. It features a grouted slate roof and gable stacks with capping. The entrance elevation leads into a small yard to the southeast, with a central doorway flanked by four-pane sash windows. At the rear, there is a single small window and two iron-framed skylights. A modern flat-roofed extension has been added to the left (southwest), along with a raised seating area to the right. The interior was not viewed during the inspection in September 2001.
