Description
The cartshed at Bodorgan home farm is a lofted structure built in two bays, featuring external steps at the right gable end on the southeast side. It is constructed from rubble masonry, with brick steps that have slate treads, and has a pitched slate roof adorned with stone copings. The front elevation includes two wide doorways that share a continuous timber lintel. Access to the loft is provided through a square-headed doorway in the southeast wall, alongside a single rectangular boarded light to the left.
Inside, the roof comprises two bays supported by exposed king-post trusses, with torching present, and the loft is located at the southeast end. The floor is made of irregular stone flags, and there are two large harness pegs situated at the northwest end.
