Description
52-54 High Street in Linlithgow is a late 18th-century building that stands two stories tall with an attic and features four bays. The south elevation is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with raised margins.
On the south entrance elevation, there is a carriage pend located off-centre to the right. To the right of the pend is a door, while to the left is a deep-set window. Farther left, there is an enlarged window with a modern frame that is set flush against the wall surface. The building has 12-pane sash and case windows and is topped with a grey slate roof.
