142 Roxburgh Street in Kelso is a late 18th century building that stands two storeys tall and features three bays. The exterior is harled and has painted ashlar margins. It has a central door and the left-hand first floor window has been enlarged to a bipartite design. The roof is slated, and the building is topped with straight skews.
