Description
146 Roxburgh Street in Kelso is a late 18th century building that stands two storeys high and features two bays. The exterior is harled and painted, with ashlar stonework at the corners and around the windows. The entrance door is located in the left-hand bay. The roof is slated, with straight skews and a rectangular chimney stack at one end.
