Description

Almondell Bridge, built around 1806 by engineer Alexander Hasmyth, features a wide segmental arch with a smaller arch to the north. The bridge is constructed with rock-faced voussoirs and has crenellated parapets. In the center, there are square pillars topped with slab copings.
