Description

Later 19th century. 3-storey, 7-bay tenement with carriage pend. Cream coursed sandstone rubble, squared and with ashlar dressings to S elevation. Base and band courses, cill course at 1st, moulded architraves to windows. Aprons to ground floor windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: Nos 10, 12, 14 entrances in 1st, 3rd, and 5th bays from right; door to No 10 at lower level from street; fanlit doors to Nos 12, 14, common door at centre to Nos 16, 18 with pilastered and corncied surround.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews. Stack at wallhead off-centre right to S elevation, truncated stacks to centre and gables.
