Description

The Kilpunt Dovecot is an 18th-century cylindrical dovecot, originally constructed of coursed rubble. It has a conical roof. The structure originally contained nest-holes, but these are now missing. Around 1900, the dovecot was moved to its present location. Robertson's 'Old Dovecotes' includes an illustration of the building.
