Description

Late 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan villa. Red sandstone ashlar. Base course; advanced eaves; chamfered arrises.

MAIN ELEVATION: shoulder-arched door at centre, moulded surround, window above. Full-height canted window to right, blocking course, round-arched window in gablehead. Bipartitie at ground left, bipartite above, bull's eye window in gablehead above, bargeboarded gable breaking eaves.

uPVC windows, Grey slate roof, coped sandstone ridge stacks.

BOUNDARY WALL: low red sandstone boundary wall.
