Niagra, 308 Main Street, Alexandris

Niagra is a late 19th-century, two-storey villa with a rectangular plan, located at 308 Main Street in Alexandris. The building is constructed from red sandstone ashlar and features a base course, advanced eaves, and chamfered arrises.

The main elevation has a centrally located shoulder-arched door with a moulded surround and a window above it. To the right, there is a full-height canted window, a blocking course, and a round-arched window in the gable head. The left side of the ground floor has a bipartite window, with a matching bipartite window above it, and a bull's eye window in the gable head above. The gable features bargeboarding that breaks the eaves.

The villa has uPVC windows, a grey slate roof, and coped sandstone ridge stacks. Additionally, there is a low red sandstone boundary wall surrounding the property.
