Description

Early 20th century. Ashlar battered, tapering cenotaph on plinth of steps. Names inscribed on slate panels on E and N elevation.

S ELEVATION: "For the glory of God and in the memory of the men of Bonhill Parish who gave their lives in the Great War (1914-1919) and the World War 1939-45)". Blocking pediment, triangulated coping; Celtic Cross motif at sides.
