Description

Circa 1850. Single storey and attic, 3-bay, rectangular-plan 3-bay cottage with later extension to rear, now subdivided. Harled with granite cills.

NE elevation: open, gabled timber porch at centre with segmental-arched opening on timber columns with stop-chamfered arrises and cornices, echoing pilasters; shield panel in gablehead; cusp-headed timber railing; swept roof. Windows in flanking bays with small, gabled, slate-hung dormers above, timber gableheads and swept eaves.

Gabled, en suite addition to rear.

4-pane glazing in sash and case windows with pronounced astragal at centre. Grey slates, purple to porch and rear. Gablehead granite stacks.
