Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 5-bay (3 and 2 bays) hotel with 2-bay return to Spey Avenue. Squared dressed rubble with some caulking; joints defined by contrasting paint; tooled rubble dressings. Centre door to 3-bay block with additional entrance left. 3 small piended dormers to left. 2 gabled dormers to Spey Avenue.

12-pane glazing pattern to timber sash and case windows; 4 and 9-pane glazing pattern to timber dormers. Grey slate. Coped end and ridge stacks with octagonal clay cans.
