Dunbar's Hotel, 70, 72, 74 High Street, Grantown-On-Spey

Dunbar's Hotel, located at 70, 72, and 74 High Street in Grantown-On-Spey, is an early 19th-century hotel that stands two stories high with an attic and features five bays, arranged as three and two bays, along with a two-bay return to Spey Avenue. The building is constructed of squared dressed rubble with some caulking, and the joints are highlighted by contrasting paint, while the dressings are made of tooled rubble.

The main entrance is centrally located in the three-bay block, with an additional entrance on the left. To the left side, there are three small piended dormers, and two gabled dormers face Spey Avenue. The windows are timber sash and case, featuring a 12-pane glazing pattern, while the dormers have a 4 and 9-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slate, and it has coped end and ridge stacks topped with octagonal clay cans.
