Description

Coneypark is an early Victorian mansion house designed in a plain Jacobean style by William Burn. The building features a two-storey main block with a lower two-storey wing and a single-storey office and coach-house range, creating an L-shaped entrance forecourt.

The exterior is constructed of coursed rubble and has an asymmetrical south front, which includes a one-window gabled west bay and two dormer heads. The ground floor on the east side has tripartite windows, while the east front has three windows, one of which is blind. The entrance bay is slightly advanced and features an architraved doorpiece with a stepped hood-mould. To the left, there is a gabled bay, and to the right, a bay with a dormer head. The lower two-storey wing to the north has altered ground floor windows.

Additionally, there is a single-storey former stable wing at right angles, which has two windows and a gabled coach house end bay that is now used as a garage. The roofs are slated, and much of the glazing remains original.
