Description

Late 18th century. Three-storey, two-bay terraced tenement. Rubble with painted margins.

North (St John Street) Elevation: blocked window to right at ground, timber door at left with fanlight (providing pend access to 35A and 35B, listed category B ref: LB41462), flanking window, second timber door with window to left. Regular fenestration above with blocked window at first floor between two existing.

Timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing, grey slates and 19th century rooflight, stack in east gable with cans.
