Description
13-15 Baker Street in Stirling is a later 18th century, three-storey, three-bay terraced tenement that features a shop on the ground floor. The building has a rendered exterior with margins, painted at the ground level, while the eastern elevation is constructed of rubble. It includes a base course and an eaves band.
On the northern elevation facing Baker Street, there are four bays at the ground level, which consist of a shop door with a fanlight, flanked by 19th century shop windows—two on the left and one on the right. The upper bays are arranged in a 1-2 grouping and are regularly fenestrated.
The eastern elevation, which adjoins No. 11, has the upper part of the gable exposed, featuring a small attic window. The building has timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. The roof is covered with graded grey slates and includes two Velux roof lights, along with a stack on the eastern gable.
