Treeview, 7 Stirling Road, Dunblane

Treeview is a later 18th century, two-storey, two-bay, rectangular, symmetrical, gabled, terraced town house located on Stirling Road in Dunblane. The building is constructed of red sandstone rubble with chamfered painted ashlar margins around the openings, featuring short quoins and an eaves course.

On the southeast (principal) elevation, there is a regular arrangement of windows. The central entrance has a later timber, panelled door with a letterbox fanlight above it. There is a window to the right that is slightly off centre.

The northwest (rear) elevation was not visible in 2001. The northeast (side) elevation is obscured at the gablehead by an adjoining building, and there is a small blocked opening to the left of the gablehead. The southwest (side) elevation is also obscured by an adjoining building.

The house features 12-pane, timber-framed, sash and case windows, a roof covered with grey slates and lead flashing, cast-iron rainwater goods, and coped skews with gable stacks. The interior was not seen in 2001.
