Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay building on corner-site, with commercial premises at ground floor, forming part of terrace. Painted coursed sandstone. Base course; eaves course; cornice; blocking course.

Architraves to 1st floor windows.

NW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: glazed timber door to right; shop windows to left; regular fenestration at 1st floor.

SW (RIVER TERRACE) ELEVATION: large shop window at ground to left, 3 smaller shop windows to right; regular fenestration at 1st floor (wider spaced than NW elevation).

Shop windows at ground floor; lying-pane glazing. Grey slate roof; corniced wallhead and gablehead stacks; polygonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
