Description

Early 19th century. Pair of rectangular plan, gabled shore-front buildings including 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical bod with single storey store to E. Harl-pointed rubble walls with stugged sandstone rubble dressings.

BOD: symmetrical, entrance door in centre bay and regular fenestration in flanking bays; door centring rear elevation; door and window at ground in right bay of E gable; single window at 1st floor in right bay of W gable.

Purple-grey slate roof with 3 skylights and clay tile ridge. Coped stugged sandstone rubble apex stacks with circular cans.

STORE: vertically-boarded timber door centring S elevation. Corrugated-iron roof with timber louvered ridge ventilator.
