Description

The horizontal mill at Burrastow, built in the later 19th century, is a substantial structure located southwest of the house. It follows the typical design of a rectangular gabled building made of drystone rubble, which includes both upper and lower houses. The mill features square openings for the inlet and outlet, and inside, the floor and millstone are still intact. There is also a flight of stone steps on the north side of the mill.
