Description
This building, dating from the early 19th century, consists of a pair of two-storey houses located at 100 and 100C High Street in Coldstream. No. 100 features a three-bay façade, while No. 100C has a two-bay façade. Both houses are constructed from droved ashlar, with the west end of No. 100 rendered. No. 100 has a corniced doorpiece, and both houses are adorned with fanlights and panelled doors. There is a band course above the ground floor, and both houses have 12-pane sash windows throughout. The roofs are piended slate, with brick stacks at the ends and in the middle. A modern extension is present on the left side of No. 100C.
