Description

The Walled Garden at Kames is possibly from the 18th century and features a near rectangular plan, covering approximately 6,300 square meters. It is situated on a sloping site to the southwest of Kames House. The outer walls are predominantly made of harl-pointed, coped rubble, while the inner linings are constructed from red brick, with harl-pointed rubble also present on both elevations at the southwest. Very little of the original layout remains.
