Description
This is an early 19th-century lodge, part of the Bonjedward House estate. It is a single-story, symmetrical building with three bays. The walls are harled, finished in a white colour. The central bay features a boarded front door, flanked by windows; a single window is also located to each side. The windows are timber sash and case, with 12 panes to each. A piended roof is covered with grey slates, with a prominent central stack constructed of banded ashlar, and a rendered stack to the rear addition. A lean-to addition has been built to the rear of the lodge. The property is bounded by a low timber fence. The lodge was refurbished in 1979. It forms a group value context with Bonjedward House and Stables, which are listed separately.
