Description
Aldie, located on Aldie Crescent in Darnick, is an earlier 19th-century building that stands two stories tall with an attic.
The south front features three bays, with a central door that has a cornice and a blocking course above it. The first floor has a tripartite window arrangement in the center, with ashlar windows and angle margins, and the exterior is pebble-dashed. The roof is piended and platformed, covered with slate, and has chimney stacks grouped at the center. Additionally, there are large platform-roofed dormers on the south, north, and west sides.
