Description

Kelso Savings Bank, located at 21-22 The Square in Kelso, is a building from the mid-19th century. It has three storeys and features three bays, with the bank occupying the ground floor. The upper floors are made of painted ashlar and coursed squared rubble, accented by raised polished ashlar at the angles and around the windows. The building includes a cornice and blocking course, straight skews, and a slated roof.
