Description
1 Roxburgh Street in Kelso is an early 19th century building featuring five bays and three storeys. The ground floor is distinguished by Tuscan pilasters and contains two shops with paired doors at the centre. The upper floors are rendered and designed to resemble ashlar stone, with raised margins around the windows. The building has a block eaves course and a slated roof, which is complemented by brick chimney stacks.
