Description

21 Roxburgh Street in Kelso is an early 19th century building featuring five bays and three storeys. The ground floor has modern shops on either side of a central door. The upper floors are rendered to resemble rock-faced rubble, and the windows still have their original 12-pane double sash glazing. The building has a moulded cornice and a slated roof with straight skews and brick mutual stacks.
