Description

Earlier 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey and attic 3-bay terraced house, with cafe at ground which extends to rear. Coursed stugged cream ashlar sandstone with polished dressings. 4 bays at ground, painted polished ashlar with applied decoration; base course and cornice. 3-bay cafe to left with central 2-leaf panelled door flanked by plate glass shop windows with 2 upper lights and aprons; boarded door with plate glass fanlight to right (giving access to No 84). 3 windows at 1st floor; cornice and raised blocking course, interrupted by 3 gableheaded ashlar dormers.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Purple-grey slates; ashlar coped-skews (leaded to left); coped ashlar apex stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
