Description

Earlier to mid 19th century with later alterations (see Notes). Symmetrical, 2-storey, 4-bay semi-detached cottages forming 8-bay range stepped up hill. Each has two windowed, gabled porch projecting at ground with doorway to right return. First floor windows with gables breaking eaves. Tooled cream sandstone rubble with droved sandstone quoins and surrounds to openings. Projecting cills. Timber bargeboards.

Predominantly 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof. Regularly spaced, shouldered and corniced, brick-built stacks with circular clay cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
