Description

Woodend is a two-storey Tudor Revival building located on Houston Road in Houston, constructed around 1849 with later additions. The building is stone-built and features a slated roof. The two-storey wing has a "wash" finish, while the rest of the structure is made of plain stone. There is also a single-storey stable block that dates back to around 1783. Notably, a pair of strapwork overwindows from the Old College of Glasgow are positioned above a garden gateway.
