Description

Birnam Bank House is a single-storey and attic villa built around 1860. It is constructed of rubble with stugged ashlar dressings and features an L-plan front with a porch at the angle. The roof is slated and has masonry dormer heads, with a simple architectural treatment. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for its type.
