Description
Bheine Mhor is a late Victorian villa located on Perth Road in Birnam, built around 1900. This two-storey building features an L-shaped plan and includes a porch with a sloping roof that showcases fin-de-siècle glass-work and valanced eaves. Notably, it has an octagonal corner bay topped with a slated spired roof. The front of the villa is constructed with courses of stone, while the rest of the building is made from local rubble. The property was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, highlighting its group interest, which applies to both the interior and exterior of the building as relevant to its type.
