Description

The Bungalow on Perth Road in Birnam is an early 20th century remodelling of a previous Victorian bungalow. It features an L-shaped front with a bay window and a half-timbered porch at the angle. The building has a low-pitched, broad-eaved piended roof, a gable with one window, and a back wing with two windows. The exterior is harled and slated. The property was re-categorised from B to C(S) in 2006, highlighting its group interest, which includes both the interior and exterior as relevant to its building type.
