1 Croft Terrace, Errol

2 Croft Terrace in Errol is a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Arts and Crafts style, likely designed by Freeman & Ogilvy and dated 1908. The two-storey, four-bay houses are arranged in an irregular terrace and are harled with stone cills and stone mullions.

The principal elevation features a broad M-gable at the center, which includes a monogrammed datestone at the first floor. The gableheads are jettied with timber boards. Each house has two closely aligned bipartite windows on both floors, along with flanking slated piended porches that have part-glazed timber doors and multi-pane lights. The outer bays also contain bipartite windows on each floor, with the first-floor windows breaking the eaves into corniced flat-roofed dormers.

The windows at No 2 have a 4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case style, while No 1 has modern glazing. The roofs are covered with grey slates, and there are coped harled stacks with a full complement of cans. The skews are ashlar-coped with square skewputts, and the houses feature plain bargeboarding and deeply overhanging eaves. Decorative cast-iron downpipes with rainwater hoppers are also present.

The boundary walls are made of ashlar-coped rubble and are complemented by decorative ironwork gates.
