Description
St Margaret's Hospital in Townhead, Auchterarder, was designed by Stewart and Paterson between 1928 and 1929, showcasing a 17th century Scots style. The building features a symmetrical front made of red snecked rubble. It is two stories high with a five-window center that includes richly sculptured dormer heads and an Ionic doorpiece. There are also two-window gable fronted wings on either side.
