Description
Bellwood House in Perth dates from around 1816 and is a two-storey building with a basement, appearing as three full storeys on the west side. The exterior is harled and cream-washed with distinct margins. The entrance front faces east and features five windows, with a central bay that is advanced and topped with a pediment. There is a later addition of a two-window arched porch with a central door and a tripartite window above it. The west front also has a pedimented central bay, which includes a later timber and glass addition, along with an external iron stairway at both the ground floor and basement levels. The roof is piended and slated, and there is a platformed design.
