Description

Beechgrove, located on Manse Road in Perth, is a simple early Victorian house built in the mid-19th century, with later additions. The building is two stories tall and features an asymmetrical south front. On the west side, there is a projecting gable that includes a single-storey porch in the re-entrant angle, which has a truncated roof that serves as a balcony. To the east, there is a single-storey wing with a gabled projection. The west front includes a northern gabled projection. The house is constructed of rubble with margins, and most of the windows are bipartite. The roof is slated.
