Description
12 Bedford Place is a building from around 1815, originally designed as a two-storey structure with a three-window south front. Later additions include bay windows. The entrance features an arched doorpiece supported by Roman Doric columns. On the east side, there is a single-storey wing that has a tripartite composition, with a higher central section and a window set in an arched recess. To maintain symmetry, there is a matching stone wall facade on the west side. The facade is made of droved ashlar, while the rest of the building is constructed from rubble. The property is also marked by rusticated gatepiers.
