Description
Mains of Rattray is an L-plan building that is harled with margins. It is two stories tall and features a three-window south front, which includes a central porch flanked by small verandahs on either side. The porch has a console window displaying the Crichton crest and the date "TC MS 1802." In the garden, there is a wall with the date "J.C. 1815" inscribed on it, along with a table sundial dated 1826. Additionally, a marriage stone marked "IL KH 1733" is built into the eastern garden wall.
