Description
The Old Parish Church and Ochtertyre Mausoleum in Monzievaird is a small, three-bay chapel built in ashlar stone, designed in the neo-perpendicular style and dated 1809. The interior features an arcaded layout with recesses in place of traditional aisles and includes a clerestory. The architectural details are reminiscent of Bath Abbey and the chapel was designed by architect Charles Heathcote Tatham from London.
