1 Old Crieff Road, Aberfeldy

1 Old Crieff Road in Aberfeldy is a two-storey and attic, three-bay flatted dwelling built around 1840. It features a stone dormer and is part of an irregular terrace to the west. The building is constructed from chlorite-slate rubble, with large squared rubble quoins and slab lintels.

The south elevation is symmetrical, showcasing a panelled timber door with a three-part letterbox fanlight at the center of the ground floor. There are windows in the flanking bays and regular fenestration on the first floor, with steeply-pitched dormer windows that break the eaves over the outer bays.

The north elevation has a stone forestair leading to a modern timber door with a canopy at the center of the first floor. The east elevation is gabled and includes a window to the right on the first floor.

The building features a 12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows, small grey slates on the roof, and coped ashlar stacks with cans. The eaves overhang and have plain bargeboarding.

Additionally, there is a rubble terrace wall with inset hooped railings to the south.
