Description
Rockdale Cottage in Kinfauns dates from around 1830, with a small section that was originally a factor's office built around 1770, featuring a niche. The cottage is a single-storey building with an attic and has a broad eaved roof. It includes a trellis-faced porch and bow-ended sections on the east and west sides, with the eastern side showcasing a fine trellis verandah. The cottage also features three jerkin head dormers that are similar in style to those found at Connachan Lodge.
